Kim has had the opportunity to teach fitness classes around the world over the last 10 years. From that, she brings a variety of influences into her classes. She has a B.S. in Health and an M.A. in Administration and Leadership. Her additional certifications include ACE Group Exercise, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, and Functional Aging Specialist.

She brings a variety of exercises into her classes that focus on mobility, stability and balance. In addition, adding strength and power to movement allows us to move through our environment with ease and comfort. She hopes to continue to learn and grow and bring a love for movement, community, and an element of fun to the classes she teaches.
