Emily received her BSA in Health Science and has been teaching group fitness for over a decade. She is also certified as a Holistic Health Counselor from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, and is passionate about helping people achieve balance, wellness and joy. An advocate of functional fitness, each of Emily’s classes will incorporate a variety of accessories and exercises from athletic drills to Pilates, to promote core strength and stability as well as movement to challenge the heart and mind. Each class promises to be unique, core strengthening and heart pounding fun.
