Auditions: Youth Ensemble

All dancers will come for full audition time.

The Youth Ensembles provides opportunities for the dancers to work with the guest choreographers, collaborate with other arts groups, and perform in community event in addition to the school showcase.

NEW FOR 2021-2022

There will be no participation fee for being in the youth ensemble. A portion of grant funding and donor contributions will be used to operate the ensemble.

There will be TWO ensembles this year.

ENSEMBLE A – Open to dancers age 11 and older. Must be enrolled in a minimum of two classes at LMP.
ENSEMBLE B – Open to dancers age 9 and older. Must be enrolled in one dance class at LMP.
Ensembles will perform two new works each, one in winter and one in the Spring.

Choreographic Mentorship: Dancers in ENSEMBLE A will have the opportunity to apply for a mentorship program in the spring during which they will choreograph a dance piece for ENSEMBLE B.
