Registered students will be emailed a link to join this class through Zoom 30 minutes prior to start time.
Our bodies will be guided through movement sequences that increase mobility, balance, and strength. We will enjoy the benefits of foam rolling, small ball massage and stretching to dissolve muscular and mental tension. This is a slow-paced class and open to all abilities. You should have a foam roller, strap of some sort (band, belt, scarf) and small ball. (pinky, lacrosse, tennis). Contact studio if you need to borrow anything
