An event every week that begins at 8:30 am on Saturday, repeating until December 31, 2021
This class blends of ideas from Pilates, Franklin Method, dance, and conditioning exercises. Each class will be different as you learn what a dialogue between the brain and body can do for your health, and how a collaboration between sensation, function, and imagery can increase mobility, strength and flexibility.
Must sign up at least 30 minutes in advance for online and in studio classes.
Online classes: Registered students will be emailed a link to join this class through Zoom 30 minutes prior to start time.
Masks required, limited class sizes to ensure physical distancing.
