Mind-Body Ballet (ONLINE/STUDIO)

An event every week that begins at 10:00 am on Tuesday, repeating until May 3, 2022
This holistic approach to adult ballet incorporates floor barre/Pilates/alignment into the practice of classical ballet technique. Using these elements, we will move through barre and center, and complete class with a stretch/recovery segment. Build strength, gain flexibility, and quiet your mind with music, movement, and virtual community. Previous dance experience recommended but beginners are welcome. A foam roller, tennis ball or peanut, and stretch strap or band are helpful but not required (contact studio to borrow props).
Masks required, limited class sizes to ensure physical distancing.
