Extension Ideas
- Choose several students to demonstrate a stretch that feels good to their body. String several stretches together and try them out as a class.
- Write or draw body parts on separate scraps of paper. Pull them out of a bowl and allow students to stretch that body part in any way that feels good.
- Create a repeating pattern with 2-4 stretches (AB, ABC, ABAC, etc).
