About Suspension & Strength: Workouts on the TRX Suspension Trainer® are based on the functional movements: Push, Pull, Plank, Hinge, Lunge, Squat and Rotate. This class will provide you with an interval-style workout alternating between the TRX straps and functional strength training using weights, bands and bodyweight.
You’ll move in groups between the mat and the straps for a balanced, full-body work-out that is adaptable to multiple strength/fitness levels. “TRX harnesses the power of gravity and time under tension to fire up muscles you never knew existed for better, faster strength.”
About Fascial Release: This recovery-focused class is based on the latest concepts in myofascial release & movement which provide stretching, compression and sustained pressure into restricted areas of fascia (connective tissue) in the body to eliminate pain and restore motion. It is related to forms of structural bodywork, which work on the body as a whole to allow the fascial system to return to its correct position, length and function. The results can be increased flexibility as well as more efficient and pain-free movement patterns.
